These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and x111cm ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://x111cm.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces.

By creating an account, accessing any part of the platform, placing a bet, depositing funds or claiming a bonus, you unequivocally confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in full, including any supplementary rules, bonus terms, game-specific rules and the Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by x111cm for breach of these terms or any related policy.
• You are not acting as an agent, representative or proxy for any other person.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of an employee or director of x111cm or any associated entity.

To create an account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other fields required during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.

x111cm reserves the right to require identity verification at any time, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or where suspicious activity is detected. KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• A valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport (both sides);
• Proof of address dated within the preceding three months (e.g., utility bill or bank statement);
• A selfie or liveness-check photograph held alongside the identity document;
• Evidence of payment method ownership where required.

You must not submit documents that have been altered, tampered with, obscured or forged in any way. Submission of false documentation constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and referral to appropriate authorities. Each user may maintain only one account on the platform. Duplicate accounts, whether created knowingly or inadvertently, will be suspended and the associated balances may be forfeited at x111cm's discretion.

All account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Deposits and withdrawals are processed subject to the methods, minimums, maximums and timelines published in the platform's banking section, which may be updated from time to time.

Payment method names referenced on this platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, BTC and USDT — are provided as contextual references only. Their mention does not constitute a partnership, endorsement of gambling activity, or any claim of institutional support by these providers or financial institutions.

• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• x111cm does not accept deposits in cash, by postal order or by any method not listed in the platform's banking section.

• A bet is accepted only once the platform has confirmed it — an unconfirmed bet is not valid even if a reference number is displayed.
• x111cm reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by a technical error, incorrect pricing, or manifest odds error.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension at any time. Bets placed after an event outcome is determined but before market suspension will be voided.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts are published within each market and may vary by sport, event, market type and user account status.
• x111cm may limit the maximum stake or payout on any market or for any individual user at its sole discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, bilateral series and domestic Pakistan competitions — are subject to their respective sport-specific rules, available in the platform's rules section.
• Settled bets are final. Disputes must be raised through the platform's support channel within 30 days of the bet settlement date.

x111cm may, from time to time, offer promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer and which form part of this Agreement.

The following general bonus conditions apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (e.g., 20x, 30x) before any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted stake per round or per bet is the lower of the amount stated in the specific offer or PKR 1,000. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are published in the platform's bonus terms section.
• Expiry: Bonuses not claimed within the stated activation window, or wagering requirements not completed within the stated rollover period, will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of any bonus promotion is subject to a PKR cap disclosed at time of offer.
• One Bonus Per User: Unless explicitly stated, only one active bonus may be held at any time. Bonuses may not be combined unless a specific promotion permits it.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on x111cm and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different identities;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering);
• Colluding with other users to manipulate the outcome of bets or casino games;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any way not explicitly authorised;
• Exploiting software errors, manifest pricing mistakes or technical glitches for profit;
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including matched-betting strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal genuine risk;
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person, acting as a proxy, or otherwise circumventing account ownership restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening or otherwise abusing x111cm support staff or other platform users;
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer or otherwise compromise platform systems, data or security infrastructure.

x111cm reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal or prohibited activity;
• Regulatory requirement or legal obligation to do so;
• User-requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling programme.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, x111cm will communicate the reason and expected resolution timeline to the registered contact details where legally permissible. Funds in accounts found to be in breach of these terms may be forfeited in full or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Verified balances of real-money funds (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal criteria) will be returned to the user's verified payment method following closure subject to applicable processing timelines.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any platform content;
• Scrape, crawl or extract data from the platform by automated means;
• Use x111cm's trade marks, logos or brand identifiers without prior written consent.

x111cm collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data as described therein.

We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data collected during KYC verification is used solely for identity verification, fraud prevention and AML compliance purposes.
